I’d really appreciate your help here.
Regular visitors will notice a radical rethink as regards the overall look of the blog and I’d really appreciate your comments. From my viewpoint, I wanted to update the look and feel, but what do you think?
Finally, would you mind letting me know what is/has been your number one frustration when trying to make any money online. If on the other hand, the pursuit of the “green stuff” is/has not been your objective and you have all together more altruistic motives, I bet you’ve still suffered from the onslaught of information overload for example?
Come on, let it all out-you know you want to 
!
When come to blogs I think the main thing is content.
From my experience the most frustration for making money online is to come out with a good content. Without good content which is updated, fresh and unique, traffic does not flow to the site.

Love the look of the blog.
The number one frustration that I have faced in the IM biz is actually finding ‘real’ people to help you (me) out. I, like many others before and many to come, have spent way too much cash on the next shiny thing to come along, without pursuing one or two methods to make it work.
Luckily in the past 18 months I have found a handful of genuine people and they have helped in my journey and things are beginning to make sense.
My goal now is to find others that I can help by passing on the knowledge that I have learned to them so that they don’t have to bang their heads against a wall for so long.

Its my first time here , so I cant really comment on the look of your blog before you made the changes , however! it looks good to me so good that I will be coming back because theres so much value on your blog
my main frustation is impementation I pretty much have the ideas its implementing them thats my problem.

My first time around here…but I’ll make a few comments on your blog layout anyway
I don’t feel that you’re getting the best out of the two sidebars “above the fold”. I’m still in a general debate about the advantages/disadvantages of 1 vs. two sidebars (one is more focused, 2 is more versatile…)
However, the content above the fold in both of your sidebars is not attractive enough for me.
I’d go for more “social proof” there, and/or a special attraction or focus point in your IM (maybe)….
Also, this blog theme with the changing images on the top right is perfect for more lifestyle/social proof. If you have more photos of you with famous IM’ers that would be way cool… or different scenes of your favorite hang-outs (preferably with you hanging out in them…
Just some ideas – but hey, I’m by no means the expert for blog layout.
